Meet Papillon and Lauren

Chef Gio has been a large part of our family for years.  We had our first dates over dinner at Gio’s Villa Vancheri.  We celebrated birthdays, holidays, accomplishments, and any other occasion at Gio’s.  Papillon proposed at Gio’s, we were married at Gio’s, we raised our babies at Gio’s.  It is only fitting that we continue Chef Gio’s legacy as part of our own.  We are all family here, and we would like to invite you to sit back and relax, and dine with us.
